DDR5 RAM

• Supports up to 128GB high-performance and low power consumption DDR5 RAM for heavy workloads (ECC RAM is also supported).

Dual M.2 PCIe Gen 5 slots

M.2 PCIe Gen 5 ultra-fast transfer speed

The TS-h1277AXU-RP comes with two M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 5 slots that allow for installing NVMe SSDs (including WD®, Micron®, Seagate®, Kingston®) to boost NAS performance. PCIe Gen 5 is backwards compatible with PCIe Gen 4 / PCIe Gen 3 for flexible SSD deployment.

SSD caching

Boost IOPS for transferring a huge number of small files by configuring SSD caching with two M.2 SSDs, without occupying any 3.5-inch drive bays.

Power failure protection

Add M.2 SSDs to enable ZIL power failure protection, ensuring that the NAS can continue completing unfinished data writes after power outage followed by a power restoration, and preventing data corruption while modifying data.
