Spain 2-1
Belgium (QF). Fabián Ruiz put Spain ahead before Charles De Ketelaere levelled for a Belgium side that lost goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to injury. Substitute Mikel Merino settled it in the 88th minute, turning home a rebound less than two minutes after coming off the bench.
France 2-0
Morocco (QF). In a rematch of the 2022 semi-final, Kylian Mbappé saw a first-half penalty saved but made amends on the hour with a superb curling finish, and Ousmane Dembélé slid a low shot past Yassine Bounou to seal it.
Switzerland 0-0
Colombia, 4-3 on penalties (R16). After 120 goalless minutes in Vancouver, Ruben Vargas fired home the decisive kick while Davinson Sánchez and Cucho Hernández missed for Colombia — sending the Swiss to their first quarter-final in over seven decades.
Argentina 3-2
Egypt (R16). An all-time classic in Atlanta: goals from Ibrahim (15') and Ziko (67') had Egypt 2-0 up, before Cristian Romero (79'), Lionel Messi (84') and Enzo Fernández (90+2') completed a stunning 11-minute comeback — the first team in World Cup history to win a knockout match in regulation after trailing by two in the 75th minute.
Belgium 4-1
USA (R16). Charles De Ketelaere struck twice (9', 33') either side of Malik Tillman's reply, Hans Vanaken punished a goalkeeping slip on 57 minutes, and Romelu Lukaku added a stoppage-time fourth to end the co-hosts' run in Seattle.

How to Follow Every Score Live
a) On your PC or laptop
- Open your browser and go to the official FIFA standings and brackets page — it refreshes with live scores, lineups and stats during every match.
- Pin the tab, then snap it to one half of your screen (Windows key + arrow) so scores stay visible while you work.
- In a second tab, search "World Cup 2026" on Google — the live sports panel at the top shows minute-by-minute scores; click a match for commentary and stats.
- Prefer Bing? Search the same on bing.com — its sports card lets you follow the full bracket and set match reminders.
- A thin-and-light machine like the Samsung Galaxy Book3 handles the split-screen routine effortlessly — all-day battery for a full doubleheader, and a crisp display that makes the FIFA live tracker a pleasure to read.
b) On an Android tablet or phone
- Open Chrome and load the FIFA standings page, then add it to your home screen (menu > Add to Home screen) for one-tap access.
- In the Google app, search "World Cup 2026" and tap the bell icon on the live panel — you'll get push notifications for kickoffs, goals and final scores.
- For a second opinion, open the Bing app and search the match — the sports card shows live commentary and the road-to-the-final bracket.
- An affordable dedicated score screen changes everything on match day: park a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7" next to the couch with the FIFA tracker open, and your main screen stays free for the broadcast.
- Out and about during the England–Norway kickoff? A flagship like the Samsung Galaxy S23 (12GB/512GB) streams the match flawlessly on 5G, with 512GB of storage for every highlight you'll want to save.
c) On your TV
- On a Samsung Smart TV, open the built-in web browser and load the FIFA standings page for a giant live bracket between matches.
- Or cast: search "World Cup 2026" on Google on your phone and cast the tab to the TV — the live panel updates in real time on the big screen.
- Bing works the same way: open the sports card in your TV browser to keep the full schedule and scores on screen during half-time.
- For the living room, the Samsung QE43-T Crystal UHD 43" TV delivers 4K with a three-sided bezel-less design — ideal for a bedroom or den second screen for the 9 p.m. Argentina–Switzerland kickoff.
- Hosting a crowd for the semi-finals or the July 19 final? The Samsung QB75B 75" UHD display turns any room, café or storefront into a fan zone.
