  • How do I place an order? Browse the catalogue, add products to your cart and check out securely online. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Is shipping free? Standard shipping is free on most orders over $100 (before taxes and fees). Oversized items requiring scheduled delivery and certain remote regions are excluded — full details in our shipping policy.
  • Where do you deliver? We ship across Canada. Some remote postal codes may have shipping restrictions or additional charges, as described in our shipping policy.
  • How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? Most products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Some items (such as cellular and wireless devices) have specific conditions — see the full return policy.
  • What do I need to make a return? Your original receipt (invoice) and the original payment method.
  • Are all products returnable? No — certain items cannot be returned, and some can only be returned unopened. Check the return policy before purchase if in doubt.

  • Are your products new and genuine? We sell genuine products from established brands such as Lenovo, Dell, HP, ASUS, Samsung, LG, Poly, Jabra and more. Refurbished items, when offered, are clearly identified.
  • Do products come with a warranty? Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.
